Good value for money

My keyboard had one of these connectors but was not getting power from the USB cable. I was able to solder the old port and replace it with this one. Works perfectly, even fits in my keyboard's port hole. And I have some spare parts. Very important.

Good build quality and solderable contacts

Build quality is on par with similar connectors I've used. All contacts easily accept solder, which is not always the case with inexpensive electronics. Works great in my application. Would buy again.

Worked great

bought these to fix my Samson Graphite 49 midi keyboard and my first attempt failed because I had a crappy soldering iron and solder so ended up with a fine 75 watt for Christmas Variable resistance soldering iron station. I was able to reverse my previous attempt and solder one of these to 4 pins which like all these connectors are very close together and being precise with your solder joints is imperative, highly recommended!
