First off, I just want to say that this isn't really for big cats. My largest cat weighs 13 pounds. It's enough for a trip to the vet, but for a long time it would be cruel. She has room over her head to sit but not enough room to lie down. Since I only got it for trips to the vet, it suits my needs. The tote bag itself looks well made, although the side zips are a bit tricky to close. Laying her over the side will never be an option for us as we need to make sure she doesn't escape as she fights the zipper. I love the fact that it folds up for storage. I was hesitant to give it 3 or 4 stars, wish half stars were an option.
