My six pound kitten was strapped to a rented backpack while lying open on the floor. The bag tipped over causing her to get scared and run away. The bag stayed attached to her for a few feet, then the small line broke completely, blowing a hole in the flap. We had to chase them and crawl under the car to pick them up. Luckily she wasn't hurt, but it's a SERIOUS safety issue if it happens next to a road or on a trail where we couldn't find her. I couldn't get a refund, not worth the $40.
