The ease to use as far back office systems go is very easy for anyone who has used them in other industries but also provides great support with any questions regarding their system implementation process! They have been able make changes quickly when needed without requiring additional fees from us which really helped our budgeting efforts tremendously while being proactive about future needs versus reactive at this point after launch/implementation was complete!! This could be improved if there were better tools available across all departments especially HR where it would seem like they can't do anything right now (for example - no access control options). Our main focus so far seems not much different than before except quicker turnaround times since its an online platform instead of needing faxes etc.. We're working towards having most employees using one place rather then multiple places to submit information such benefits enrollment requests ect...
