Insurance agency that actually knows their stuff

I had been with another insurance carrier for many years but decided to switch when my rate increased so much they were not able to keep up as well anymore (as other carriers). My rates have gone down since switching over! The best part is all employees here seem very friendly & helpful at any given moment - never felt like i was being ignored by anyone there which made me feel alot better about working in an office environment again after several bad experiences elsewhere before this one…

Very efficient software product paired along side quick response and customer service

The ease to use as far back office systems go is very easy for anyone who has used them in other industries but also provides great support with any questions regarding their system implementation process! They have been able make changes quickly when needed without requiring additional fees from us which really helped our budgeting efforts tremendously while being proactive about future needs versus reactive at this point after launch/implementation was complete!! This could be improved if…

  • The back office system is very easy to use and most employees seem to be able to do their needs without much support but it would be great if there were better tools available across all departments especially HR where it would seem like

Easy and effective tool/platform even novices love

I like that it's easy to navigate for people who don't have an IT background as well as those with technical backgrounds. It is very fast which makes all our projects go faster than they would in other programs. The only issue I've had so far has been getting my client manager up to speed quickly enough! We're able to do everything from onboarding new employees through payroll without any issues at this point! The most helpful thing is to see what my co workers have done in previous years…

  • Very quick turnaround time compared even small businesses we use now or larger companies where you wait weeks before your project gets approved because everyone needs approval first etc..(even though its automated)
  • Can make changes easily within excel sheets/templates provided

Easy implementation, flexible and quick

I like their flexibility to work with our existing providers in order for us as an employer service provider (Esp) get what benefits they offer out into my system faster than otherwise would have been possible; ESPs need this so it's nice when things can move along quicker without issues being raised by other parties because not all Esp companies do everything right from day one - sometimes there is some hiccups but nothing too big at least during early adoption stage such has occurred here…
