My most recent encounter with SYZRI left me feeling disheartened, which is surprising coming from someone who works in the fashion business. The company's merchandise, including clothing, footwear, and jewelry, was of low quality and did not live up to my standards in any way. The materials that were used were of poor quality and very flimsy, and the embroidery was of a poor standard. It was very frustrating that the things I bought started falling apart after only a few uses. In addition to this, SYZRI lacked satisfactory customer support. When I contacted their customer service team to enquire about a possible exchange or refund, I was met with responses that were neither helpful nor professional. It took several attempts before I received a response, and even after I did, they refused to provide any kind of answer to my question about how to fix the problem. In general, I would not suggest shopping at SYZRI to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. It is abundantly obvious that this company does not place a high priority on the fulfillment of the needs and expectations of its clientele as evidenced by the low standard of both the products and the service they provide.
