Received wrong product

The photos of it The case shows that the lid is made of the same material as the case, but the one I received was clear plastic. Also in the suitcase there were no pockets for storing hooks and needles. It was just a zip bag. Otherwise I think it would be a good case for my project. Unfortunately, my cat is not indifferent to plastic, and while I was thinking about leaving him a blanket, he pulled out the grommets, leaving bite marks on the plastic. Hm. I wonder what Revain thinks about returning damaged customers?!
