Review on 57 1501 FIPK Performance Intake System by Tim Hodzic

I recently installed a Flowmaster muffler on my '93 Dakota (5.2L) and decided to fit a K&N air intake to allow the engine to breathe better. Installation wasn't difficult, but I did have to cut off the vacuum hose. The worst part of the installation process was that I installed it in 20 degree weather. The truck seems to have better throttle response and a sharper exhaust note. I haven't tested fuel economy so I don't know if it improves fuel economy or decreases fuel economy. This is a good product and it looks great on the engine!
