The needles break easily

That is normal. I broke the first three needles with very careful use, mainly because the needles are so small and fragile. However, my biggest concern is how hard you have to work to tighten the clasp around the pins in order to use them. What I also really like is the tool you used to widen the holes in the doll's head. I will say once you get started with these tools they are great hence the three stars there is a learning curve so I just like them not love them.

Pros

Adjustable holder: the size of the hole is slightly different, if you think the hole is too small and the doll's hairpin can not be inserted, pierce a large hole with an awl
