Review on Hamilton Single Thick Deluxe Collar Dogs by Stacy Hall

I bought this collar because my puppy's current collar still fits and has room, but will soon be too small. His current collar is just under 13 inches long so a 16 inch collar seems like a good choice although I know he will need at least one more collar. When I received the collar and tried it on, it barely fit. The entire collar is just over 15 inches long. It's not 16 inches. Not only that, the standard for a 16" collar should mean it's 16" at the largest hole (probably around 14" at the smallest hole). So, at the widest opening, this collar is about 13 inches long. Otherwise the color is nice and true to the photo and the quality seems decent but I sent it back because it's not 16 inches.
