I like how it shows where people are reading from online sources in order to find new articles about your business or brand that they want more information of! It's also helpful because you can see what other users have read before deciding whether its worth adding them as an influencer (if applicable). There isn't much dislike with this software but there could be some updates made within their platform so customers know exactly when certain things happen instead if just guessing which day something will occur next week etc -.- This helps make sure everything runs smoothly during events such at conferences/meetings held by clients companies we work closely together too often these days due to Covid19 everyone seems very scattered & unsure. We use social listening through ezYInsight daily however not every single person has access yet since our team doesn’t seem fully committed still getting.
