We bought this multicooker because of the removable stainless steel pan. For the first few weeks I thought it was cat meows as we tried all the cooking modes except rice. The sous vide kept the exact temperature (double checked with a candy thermometer) and time, was sautéed and fried well and slow cooked - slow cooked the entire time. About 4 weeks after purchase I was cooking ham and beans and noticed that I couldn't lower the temperature to a simmer - it kept simmering except on the lowest setting. Then I made pots d'creme and thought they looked undercooked; The meat is fried and has noticeable hotspots - burns easily in 2-3 places, quickly; and the last kicker tried to cook another soup in the slow cooker, and after 4 hours the device reported being switched on, but the contents were barely warm. Luckily we bought during the holiday season and Revain had an extended return window - we're back!
