These are standard microfiber pads that go together nicely. Over time you will also need pieces of double sided tape to hold the pads in place. You may need several of these pads if you don't want to clean them after each use. I find the Bissell CrossWave 1785A cleans much better than just dragging a mop or rug over my hard floors.
