It's like wearing pantyhose, not loose-fitting. They feel comfortable but they feel too tight around the hips and legs. They seem too small and I ordered a medium size. ***UPDATE*** I ordered a different size this time and they fit a lot better, but on the second pair of sweatshirts, a thread came loose at the spandex waist. I'm going back for another larger size. The sizes are unusually smaller than regular jogging pants. They are made in China so this may have an impact on why the size is unusual. Always order the next size up than you are used to and they have a slim fitting fly with no zipper, button or buttons. The bow tie is sewn on.
