Easy to insert and adjust, which is nice. But since it's only secure on one side, when you plug it in, it bulges, it bends. They give you a piece to protect the other side but even if it's set it comes out when you press it comes out of the piece they give you. If they made a part with the ability to snap onto the side of the box it would work better. I used a screw through the side of the box to secure it. One of the biggest disappointments is that no screws are provided to secure the bezel after installation. I thought this was the only one I got so I ordered another one but they didn't have screws either so I can only assume none of them come with them. I only asked Amazon for the screws if possible but they sent me a brand new unit (in really good Amazon customer service - now I have to send this back) which they sent back. I ended up having to use some screws I found in the garage and use the marker to paint the silver heads. The picture shows screws, but none of the ones I received had screws. Update 10/11/13: I have contacted the manufacturer (Arlington) and they are sending me the missing screws to Fedex. Fast response and shipping by Fedex. Good customer service. Makes up for missing screws and I would buy from them again because of that customer service (hard to find these days).
