Lining lacks depth and stretch to be comfortable

I got this for my 19 lb French Bulldog (Shorty) and it didn't fit. It's generally too big. The main downside to this item is the lining, which is a sturdy taffeta-like fabric that doesn't rebound and is VERY flat. The outer fabric is a nice, soft jersey that stretches well. This sling is perfect for a very small, short dog.
