goods ordered in March 2021. received promptly. Plugged it into my Dell Latitude 5590 right away. Worked great until last week (Nov 2021). Make sure my computer is up to date (drivers and Windows 10). The monitor kept losing the signal. I contacted the seller through Revain. When I didn't get an answer, I contacted support directly - again no answer. The device is covered by a 24-month warranty, but this will not help you if the SELLER does not contact you. Cable Creation has lost a customer.
