Review on NAVISKAUTO Portable Rechargeable Battery Function by Christian Bennett

Very important! Good dual screen DVD player, converting movie files should be easier (tuition included)

It's a really good price if it meets your needs. We really needed a solution where both TVs show the same content, which severely limits your options. This is possible for both DVD and USB/SD card content. The quality of the TVs is more than sufficient to watch the car from the back seat and the audio quality of the headphones is better than I expected. They're a little bulky but don't require any external gear other than AC power, so it's a good compromise. The connection is very simple - the television is connected with one cable and the power cable with the other. It comes with AC and DC/cigarette lighter versions. The biggest downside I found was getting the content in the right format for the SD card. It does not support MKV/MP4 files and AVC/H.264 encoding which is standard for most modern devices. While there is a website with a list of supported formats, it's not specific enough to determine how to use your own transcoding solution. They provide links to fairly outdated solutions and don't have bulk conversion capabilities. While tech support was responsive, they didn't help me much, just directing me to the same KB article about supported formats or the downloads mentioned. Tech support has repeatedly stated that they don't support VLC or ffmpeg, which are generic conversion tools that can absolutely be used to convert videos for this device. With some effort I was able to successfully convert mkv files to avi for use on the device. I used "ffmpeg -i FILENAME.m4v" -vcodec mpeg4 -q:v 5 -vtag xvid -r 29.97 FILENAME.avi".
