My mum chose this for my 3 year old who not only benefits from a weighted blanket but also loves the Hulk. He likes to watch the Hulk before bed where I think he has dreams of breaking things. lol. But seriously, this is a great blanket. I have to admit, I wish I had had something like this when I was a kid. This is not suitable for Twin XL. But that's okay because he doesn't. It looks great on his bed and he brings it around the house.
