I like how easy it was to use - especially with all of my account names in one place! It's very intuitive once you get used to it. Sometimes people have trouble finding things they're looking for if you don't know what keywords are associated with that particular field (ie "sales rep" or something similar). If someone doesn't already put their info into this platform then there isn't much else we can do until our customer gets onboarded. We've been able to track leads throughout different stages from first engagement through closing date which has helped us better understand who needs help at each stage so we can prioritize accordingly.
