Great knives at a great price
I had a set of metal gum paste knives that I needed to replace. They work well enough. The spring loaded ones are an added bonus. I used to have to dig up the chamomile, but now I can just push it out with the built-in plunger. Sharp enough to get a nice clean edge. It's hard to believe I got everything for the low price.
