Waiting for a response from the company and/or other owners. A carafe of water (charge) and clogged does not sit tightly on the Mauerlat - it staggers! watch the video Was that intentional and if so, why? I mentioned this in some of the one star reviews and thought no way - the customer is exaggerating or doing something wrong. If I've only gotten a bad one then I change it and if that's the norm - it's on purpose then it comes back!
