I had these recommended to me before I had a vestibulectomy, and they really were a lifesaver. I was supposed to ice my stitches, but that's difficult when you're bleeding and need to wear a thick pad. These were the perfect solution, and provided immense relief in the days after surgery. I had purchased one box, and after a day I had already ordered more because I knew I needed them to not be miserable.8 big pads might normally last you multiple days but, since you'll probably want to replace it when it stops being cold, I found I went through them faster than I expected. They're pricy but if you can afford it I say do whatever it takes to not be in pain!The only downside in my opinion is that they are very bulky. If you're at home wearing a skirt or something it won't be a problem, but if you plan on going out with one on I think it might be difficult.
