I bought these straws at the recommendation of an influencer I followed on social media. We have Take & Toss cups and my son chewed on the hard plastic straws that come with them. I wanted an alternative that would not harm his teeth. This product came with straws and cleaning brushes as advertised. Some of the straws had extra pieces of silicone that weren't cut off during production but pulled off easily enough. The length is great and they fit well in Take & Toss cups. They are sometimes difficult to insert as they are softer, which is understandable given the nature of the material. We've been using them for three months now and today I noticed that two of the straws have huge holes and pieces that could fall out at any moment. I always hand wash them and never put them in the dishwasher. Yes, my son chews them and that is definitely the reason. However, the concern is that a product intended for children could go bad and pose a choking hazard. These straws aren't terrible and serve us as intended, but be careful and check their integrity regularly.
