This light will NOT mount in a standard overhead control box, it simply bolts directly to the mounting surface. That alone wouldn't make me deduct a star from my rating, what REALLY bothered me is that this device has 3 wires, 1 red, 1 white and 1 black and they use the black wire to connect to produce MASS!. Someone should tell you that in the US we normally use black for HOT, white for neutral and green for ground, so the correct wire connection is hot to RED (black to red), neutral white to white and green (or bare copper) to black . If someone is NOT paying attention, they will make the entire metal case ALIVE and the device will not turn on. Otherwise the light is good, the controls work well but there is very little documentation, both for the specified installation and for the remote control.
