This system is easy to install. I installed the camera where I wanted and then drilled a hole to run the cables from the camera to the attic. It was the power plug that plugged into the outlet. Once that was done, I connected the monitor and hard drive and powered them on. Went back and set up the camera and that was it. To adjust the camera, there are set screws that need to be loosened and tightened. Once I figured out where the camera should be I had to remove the antenna to tighten the set screws and then reattach the antenna. None of this was difficult to do. Night vision is pretty good and day vision is excellent. He has a lot of memory. There are 2 options on the camera. One is to plug it in and then plug it into an outlet. the other looks like occupying a line that looks like an ether line. I'm not sure because I'm not very tech savvy. It takes time to get used to the monitor and its system. There is no sound as some may think. There is also a 1 second delay. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a CCTV system that doesn't cost you a lot of money. This system costs less than $300 for 4 cameras, a monitor and a hard drive. Not a bad deal in my book.
