I like this product. Customer service is very slow, but it's there. I originally had a phone service ISP who put a phone modem in the garage. I ported my number from them to MagicJack - (which was flawless)…. Got a notification that my number was ported, I said wow! Now I can connect it. So after 5 hours of frustrating connection because I got a busy signal. eventually I connected with them). I was about to give up when I walked into my garage and saw that my modem was still on from the original provider (although the phone signal was lost). I unplugged the modem - and "it was really magic". everything worked. it was a big fat DOH!. In my head I thought I was fine since I stopped using their services. but. I think Magic Jack was confused because the other modem was still "open" I think even though no signal went there. Only posting this to help others. "Be sure to unpair your modem from the original provider if it's a separate modem)! The signal is good, the voice is good. So I finally made my decision.
