Review on SMONTER by Eddie Orrell

For all my pet supply needs, I couldn't wait to give SMONTER a try. Unfortunately, my interaction with their customer support was a major letdown. I tried using the live chat feature on their website to ask a few questions regarding their items, but I received unhelpful and disrespectful responses instead. The customer support guy was not only uninterested in resolving my issue, but also gave me misleading information regarding the items I had asked about. They got defensive and ignored my request for clarity. My order took a long time to ship, and when it finally arrived, the goods were damaged. I noticed that one of the crates I bought was improperly wrapped for delivery because the lock was broken. In sum, I was underwhelmed by my time with SMONTER and would not suggest the company to other pet owners. The quality of their wares was subpar, and their customer service was unhelpful and harsh.
