Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews

I'm very impressed with this new version of Buoy! I originally started using it after my naturopathic doctor diagnosed me with chronic fatigue and advised me to take mineral and electrolyte supplements. I gave Buoy five stars because it was the best option for daily hydration. I just tried their new version and it's way better than their previous one! It's almost unfair to give it the same five star rating. I did notice a bit of flavor in the old version (and it didn't really bother me) but this new version is much tastier and less noticeable than their old one. I also love good branding and I love the design of the new bottle. For those of you thinking about supplementing with electrolytes, especially for more energy, do yourself a favor and just push the button. I remember being overwhelmed with all the possible options and honestly I didn't have the energy to bother which ones I used. I was lethargic during the day, especially after work when all I wanted to do was lie on the couch. During that time I've done a lot of other things like making some dietary adjustments, but now I really notice when I'm dehydrated and not 'squeezing' enough. Try as many options as you can think of. You should! I just didn't like adding the powder to water (which had a very strong flavor), using other concentrates that tasted too salty, or waiting for the NUUN tablets to dissolve in my water bottle, which it ended up doing tasted weird...at the end of the day. I'm a teacher so I don't have many options to refill or drink during class so it turns out the best thing for me is to squeeze this into a coffee or water bottle.
