A happy dentist and bright yellow teeth for life

Baking soda toothpaste to keep my teeth healthy. I chose this brand on a whim to soothe my frustrated dentist and give me peace of mind that I was following his advice. Considering all the other whitening products I've tried including various Crest/Colgate products (toothpastes, rinses, strips) which never came, I assumed this toothpaste would be the same and bought it simply on the recommendation of a dentist. Until I can't speak whether my teeth are actually healthier (although I haven't had any cavities since the switch 6 months ago, which may not mean anything), my teeth are noticeably whiter. Several people have spontaneously complimented the color of my teeth after using this product, which is shocking as I have had very yellow teeth since childhood. I've tried everything but professional teeth whitening and thought my teeth were immune to staining. With no other changes to my oral hygiene regimen, there was a noticeable change after a month and a half of twice daily use. My teeth are now naturally white instead of the crazy white I actually prefer. A NOTICE. The texture is a bit grainy. A bit like what you might imagine when you add baking soda to your toothpaste. The cleaning effect makes my teeth feel cleaner. - The taste is bearable, but not great. It is a very mild, almost bitter taste with hints of mint. It takes a little getting used to, but now I don't notice it anymore. The whitening power is natural white, not blinding white, in my experience. It probably depends on what color your natural teeth are. I'm an avid coffee drinker and have noticed the difference so far. I highly recommend this product as it can whiten my bleach resistant teeth and it makes my dentist happy.
