Thanks everyone for the feedback, especially the negative ones. After inspecting the wheels, I noticed that the bearing in one of them was not centered and neither were spinning freely. They would work, but probably not optimally. I pushed the bearing until it was centered. Then I lubricated each bearing with 20 viscosity oil, which was easy. Both began to spin freely, as if on roller skates. They fit on the Travelpro Walkabout 3 with existing axles almost like new.
