No matter how I put the webbing through the buckle, it won't stretch and holds the bow securely. The rig as shown in the instructions allows you to pull the loop back even with moderate pressure - definitely not enough to stop the bow from bouncing. Passing the strap under the buckle lever will fit it tighter, but won't tighten at all. Once you close the buckle, the band loosens and cannot be tightened once the buckle is closed.
