This store was created in Canada in 1956. The aim of the store is to offer its customers the best quality and latest model products at the most affordable prices. I think the store is doing its job very well because customer satisfaction is quite high. The fact that the majority of customer reviews about Long & McQuade are positive is actually one of the biggest successes of the store.
I've read and seen some of these reviews that customers love the store's support team the most. The 24/7 support team has very friendly conversations with people, so they have won the love of customers.
