Much better: Surge Protector

Bought to solve an issue where my USB was too loud for the DAC and amp. Depending on your situation where the noise is coming from, either the dirty noise is coming from inside the house or the noise could be coming from your power supply. I think it was a lot more efficient than buying a USB device or USB flash drive to ground and clean up noise for cleaner sound.
