Broke after 2 falls in less than 2 months

Received it almost 2 months ago. Fell down a few times, survived. For the first time, the buttons on the lid opened on one side. I turned it back and it was good. The case broke the second time I dropped it. A small piece came loose at the bottom and I couldn't use it anymore. The drop distance was about 3+ feet at waist height. The surface was a vinyl coated kitchen floor.
