I live in Florida I didn't think I would need this. I bought this ski mask for a few days when it gets cold in winter. My primary mode of transportation is a scooter and I wear a 3/4 helmet so I wanted to protect my neck from the wind. Don't you know, just a few days after the ski mask arrived, we had a freezing cold snap. Driving to work it was only 30 degrees and I was driving about 70 miles per hour on I-75. Although I could feel the wind pressing against the mask, I was never cold. The ad says it fits a helmet and I can confirm that. The helmet I usually have fits snugly and had no trouble putting it on while wearing this mask. It was also very easy to pull my neck off when I entered my bench; I don't want cashiers reaching for the panic button. Picking it up and putting it on the head was as quick as putting it down. My only complaint is that I didn't buy it many years ago.
