Turn it upside down and it will be perfect
I need support under the neck not under the head. I need something soft and fluffy so my neck doesn't hurt in the morning. Most pillows are too big and too hard for me as I am a small adult. I tried it. At first I was disappointed because it seems a little tighter than I would have liked. For sleeping on my back, it works well if I turn it upside down and keep my shoulders on the pillow while I sleep. This is great for 100% side sleepers. It took me a month to get used to it, but my neck pain finally went away.
