Has a small plastic rod for a drill or polisher that is held securely before use. You can't really press hard before the plastic warps. If there is a lot of resistance to the twisting motion, the baseplate will simply stop spinning while the burnisher keeps spinning, causing the plastic shaft to break. The shaft is also very short, so you don't have to attach anything anyway.
