For all divers - anytime, anywhere. They are very well built and durable. Because they're 6.5mm thick, they'll keep you warm, but when I used them on the bay off Panama City Beach, I didn't feel hot or uncomfortable. I just used them 3 days ago in Morrison Springs, Florida. Good traction for getting around with all my gear. durable to provide support. One spring they fitted my fins perfectly and were nice and snug. The zipper is easy to use and the Velcro does not interfere. A pull tab on the back of the heel helps keep the fin straps in place. They glide easily. Good price compared to others. I especially like soles that have a "shoe” quality. I would definitely recommend them to any diver or snorkeler of any skill level.
