Not microwavable and does not change color completely
The mug is quite large - a little big and heavy for my 6 year old daughter. What I don't like is that it is NOT microwaveable (it's my fault for not reading the description carefully enough). AND THE COLOR OF THE OUTSIDE CHANGES ONLY WITH THE LEVEL OF THE INTERNAL LIQUID; So if you only fill the cup halfway, the color on the outside will only change halfway, in which case it looks bad. My daughter can only see half of the whole picture because she could drink more.
