Easy-peasy setup and implementation - with lotsa room left open
Open itc cockpit is very easy to use, especially once you have an idea of what all its features are capable off doing for us! It does take time getting used too but thats more because I am not familiar enough w/it's capabilities (and there really ARE MANY!) rather than anything that can be improved upon by IT personnel who know their stuff better then me!! We've been able tto do so much in such little amount oof our former system administrator resources.
The ease of use, no frills interface that is easy to learn how it works without having any prior knowledge or experience in IT Operations Management (OIM). It's not perfect but I don't think there are many products out their right now for this type of product line either! We have been able to get an overview into our OI system very quickly so we can start making changes as needed rather than waiting until something goes wrong before starting down some path towards resolving issues.
