The team at AC was extremely helpful! They are very professional yet personable - they really do care about their customers' success. I think it's important to have someone who understands your business model and can help you understand what will work best for YOU as opposed to just trying something out because of an algorithm or theory. We had some issues getting our accounts setup correctly but we were able to get those resolved quickly once identified so no big deal there. It would be nice if more people understood how powerful this tool actually could become over time. As mentioned above though, having a knowledgeable consultant/team member helps tremendously since sometimes things aren't always obvious when learning new technology platforms. Using predictive modeling techniques like machine learning allows us better insight into user behavior which has enabled improved targeting efforts across channels while also reducing cost per conversion by 10%. Our marketing department now spends less resources chasing down low performing users compared to before using these models.
