Great customer service & great product

The team at AC was extremely helpful! They are very professional yet personable - they really do care about their customers' success. I think it's important to have someone who understands your business model and can help you understand what will work best for YOU as opposed to just trying something out because of an algorithm or theory. We had some issues getting our accounts setup correctly but we were able to get those resolved quickly once identified so no big deal there. It would be nice…

Excellent service and product knowledge with professional, approachable people

The team at Alpacon has been extremely helpful to us over our first year of business development as we built out an email marketing program for one of Canada's largest financial institutions using their proprietary software called MailChimp Academy!   • Extremely fast response times even outside regular hours (i know personally i reached him after 5pm)

  • Somewhat expensive per hour cost, however very reasonable once monthly package is taken advantage
