I've waited a while to provide feedback and now I'm using my second unit which has fixed the problem I had with the first unit where frequent random grays appeared when switching Noise was shown on the display. However, the product is bad. It keeps changing the resolution of the monitors when switching, causing all my windows to resize as well, sometimes messing up so much that everything becomes super tiny forever. Just going to the deep graphics settings and adding a new manual mode that forces true resolution works like a fix. It also loses my keyboard's true identity, causing any macros stored with the driver to stop working until Windows restarts. That should not happen. The main function of this device is switching, and this operation is unreliable and buggy. You had a job, StarTech, and you failed utterly. Stay away at all costs! I would return the product but Amazon's 30 day return period has expired :(
