Not bad, but there are significant disadvantages

One unit works fairly well. The screen has artifacts and flickers at times, but overall it looks good. There is a noticeable input lag of up to a full second. Video and audio are synced with a delay so you can watch the video (audio is synced to video). If you're using a laptop, you need to keep an eye on the laptop screen, and other people in the room shouldn't notice the lag. If you're using a desktop or laptop computer with the screen closed, you'll notice input lag. Part of the device works under the table and the other part works above the ceiling tiles. change the channels it uses for wireless communication so you don't have to tune into an open frequency. If your building has a high level of wireless traffic, you may experience interference. This can lead to dropouts, artifacts, lines, etc. Another big problem is using multiple devices in the same office. Since there is no way to pair devices or switch channels, they will conflict with each other. I had 2 units installed across the hall and they worked intermittently. Blocks A function normally, and then block B attempts to sync with block A, after which they all turn off. They work simultaneously when one is off, the other is in use, and then you turn on the second set. but as soon as the other gets disconnected or the HDMI signal is lost, they start colliding again. This is a HUGE design flaw and a huge mistake. Because of this, I will almost certainly be returning at least one of my devices, if not all of them. This is great if you only need one device and you're in an area with low WiFi traffic. They're great for your SOHO or home theater, but not the best solution for multi-room offices. I probably wouldn't buy them again unless they updated their firmware to keep multiple devices in range of each other.
