For a runner, these are the BEST socks I have ever owned. I'm very picky about my feet. They are very soft and have no seams on the toes. I wear shoes with a width of 8-8.5. I bought a medium size. Fits perfectly! Do not be shy. buy you! Your legs will thank you.
