I broke one of the fasteners attaching the liner to the bottom panel and I'm not happy. I called service, they immediately sent me free replacement parts. When I actually took the time to make sure I was using the fasteners properly, it became clear that the failure of one of them was due to user error. This is a durable liner, but it will not improve the look of your interior during installation. It's a hard, thick black plastic that shows every scratch and dirt, but is easy to clean. Unless you're going to subject your interior to dirt, water and other abuse, this may not be what you're looking for. However, if you want to keep your rug in pristine condition for later resale, but aren't interested in seeing it every now and then, this is ideal.
