I ordered 2 LG v20 in December 2018. They were ok initially but I noticed a few anomalies and issues that emerged: 1. Doesn't come with a proper LG charging cable. The original LG charging cable is FLAT, not round.2. The serial number in the phone (within the operating system) starts with 611 (indicates the month of manufacture 2016/11). The serial number under the battery and on the box starts with 404.3. I'm having trouble charging (both with the included cable/charger and others). The port is very unstable. If I pick up the phone or move it while it's charging, it turns off or warns that it's charging slowly. Many times I've woken up from a dead phone because the phone decided to stop charging. After doing some research I found that the chances of a NEW IN THE BOX LG V20 still being available are VERY low. I also learned that mismatched serial numbers are a clear sign of FrankenRefurb. Apparently, unscrupulous sellers buy refurbished phones and sell them as new. It looks like my two cases are related. I'm trying to find out with LG if they cover this under warranty.
