Review on Fidel Softech by Ryan Brunson

I have been working closely for almost 4 months as an agent of this Company now - it's not perfect yet but they are trying hard! The best thing is that you can easily communicate your questions or problems via chat box so there isn't much time wasted when communicating through email only which always takes long due some kind issues like spam filtering etcetera.. It would be great if we had more agents who could help us during our peak hours instead just few people answering all emails at once while most part was left alone without any support from other side (agents). We were solving many IT related Problems regarding client sites/clouds where clients use Sharepoint Online / Office 365 mainly using Powershell scripts written mostly myself since no one else has enough knowledge about those things back then :).
