I have been working closely for almost 4 months as an agent of this Company now - it's not perfect yet but they are trying hard! The best thing is that you can easily communicate your questions or problems via chat box so there isn't much time wasted when communicating through email only which always takes long due some kind issues like spam filtering etcetera.. It would be great if we had more agents who could help us during our peak hours instead just few people answering all emails at once…
